WEB AFRICA POR PORR SERVICE READY TO TAKE MONEY BUT NOT DELIVER

I had an installation a week ago the router is still not delivered. They do not answer on there chat ive been waiting 8 hours for a response and the phones also nobody answers them. My first payment is going off today and I have nothing to show for it.
