Web Africa - Poor Service

It's been 2 weeks since I connected the services of Web Africa (Vumatel). The line was connected the very next day, however I am still waiting for the router. I cannot get anyone to respond to my query. I am getting no response to their Whatsapp line. I cantact their contact centre & was promised a call back in 5 minutes, never received a call back from them. Really poor service from Web Africa
