Web Africa poor service
I have a serious problem with web Africa, I had network connectivity issues ,the internet speed is not what they promised, no internet access and I tried phoning several times and got redirected to the whatssap where no one assisted but that automated troubleshooting steps which do not help. I asked for the service to be terminated and no one assisted ,I then stopped the payment for March because they were not helping. Now only a guy by the name of William tells me to pay for the suspended service before I can cancel, meanwhile I asked even before the service was suspended. Such a poor service.
