Web Africa poor service

Their service is disgusting. I've been waiting to be transferred to an online agent since 12:36 til 15:41. All I need was to be changed to 28 days cycle to 31 days and it's seems like a mountain to climb. I followed the process given but they can deliver on their side. They are quick to disconnect one and send messages for payments but can't respond to our request. Their whatssap platform is just as useless. If one is given WebAfrica as ISP, please decline it and request another service provider
