Web africa poor service

I have upgraded my service but still I am on my old speed. I have now been trying to get technical support for 3 days but no one comes back to me. The whats app service they have is useless as no one replies on it. I have phoned them several times but decided to give up each time after 30min. The service is shocking!!!
