Web Africa poor service

Their line of communication is frustrating, I reported fault since the 19th, instead of resolving the problem the ticket was closed. I reported again still waiting so I have decided to cancel subscription. After talking an agent and ask to cancel they keep telling me that they are transferring me to cancellation agent and I hold on no one respinds. I have been struggling since 9h30. I just want them to cancel and stop playing games with me. Why do I get an agent to talk to me but immediately I say cancel then they keep me holding on? They must just stop playing games and cancel their service. Their only line of communication is whatsapp.
