web africa poor customer service

I have never received such poor service in my life ...im truly disgusted at this company such poor customer service , i use them as my internet service provider and wow , u try and call and never get through they referr you to the watsup chat where u speak to this robot and never get put anywhere for assistance but every month without fail they will debit your account I've been sitting with this robot since 4 o'clock and till now 6: 43 no assistance all it keeps saying it will put me though once an agent is available .i really regret choosing them as my service provider and wish to terminate my service with them , what a joke.
