Web Africa poor communications

This is the first time we've had problems of this nature with webafrica the problem is relating to communications the only way to try and communicate with them with through WhatsApp and to get someone to discuss the problem with is impossible they sent me a message that they're so-called equipment is okay and the problem is external and I have read now using Google that there are also the problems with the fiber so I'm not impressed at the moment and I'm waiting to see what happens and we'll keep you filled in
