Web Africa pathetic services!!!!

Pathetic service!!!! We have paid for our full month's service for the use of the WiFi. They just cut the WiFi the 20th of September and we still trying to get hold of them to fix the error. All they say is they going to get back to us. At first they were giving great service now they getting pathetic and you cannot get hold of them on a number you must chat with them on watsapp. It's actually very frustrating!!. Cause now you must try to get hold of them and they do not get back to you. They quickly for payment but poor services.
