WEB AFRICA PATHETIC SERVICE

Web Africa it's the worse fibre service ever in South Africa. I have signed up and paid on the 29 Jan 2024 @3:30pm till today I haven't received any confirmation of when the installation will take place. I have sent email, WhatsApp and Facebook messages still nothing, what's irritating the most it's the automated response I get. Can I please have my refund and go find a service provider that will understand what I need and be able to assist urgently without being followed up. Profile ref: #JGB09
