App**** for Fibre and my account way set up ... paid the R249 fee and the following day received an email stating that my place didn't have coverage the alternative was uncapped LTE of which I agreed and I had to pay another R249.. i sent through my Rica documents and everything was approved. 48 hours later I logged into my account only to discover that my LTE package was canceled. At 9:45am I started 1 of the longest Whatsapp chats in my life just to get clarity on what was happening. I was transferred from 1 to 8 consultants explained the same thing .. until I reached consultant 9 the time was 16:47. Imagine the whole day spent on trying to resolve the issue and by 4pm I had made the decision that I want my money back. I was made to submit my bank statement to prove that i had made the payments... seriously!!
