Web Africa pathetic service

Tried to cancel my service. Whatsapp agents don't know how. Now I'm being charged for a service I don't want need or use and nobody knows how to cancel the service. Pathetic service. Will never recommend. Waiting for a month for management to contact me so I can get this sorted.
