Web africa - pathetic

I set up a debit order with webafrica. 1 day before debit order day was to be processed, i received an email to make payment. I then paid assuming the debit order had not been set up. The next day the debit order went through. I have literally spoken t 6 people about reversing the debit order, as well as logged a ticket. I’ve sent bank statements and payment notifications received from webafrica, showing that i paid twice. Yet nothing comes. Pathetic service does not do this company justice. They are an absolute joke.
