Web Africa no support team no nothing

worst worst worst service and management included. first of all great idea for the WhatsApp line if anyone would have actually managed it how is it that you dont have any control of your agents that work from home and there busy with bringing down your name in such way web Africa if you want to check for examples please see list of agents and you may also check my chat history there you'll find the prefect examples of how not to be and support agent for any future training if such thing exist at web Africa. my problem started with slow speeds now I don't even want to be a web Africa client and still i cant get hold of anyone that can help me I cant even get out to change web providers if your not in with web Africa here's your change to never get in with them see list of agents that was supposed to help me and any other company hiring if web Africa happens to fire them dont hire them Lerato,Jayalutchmie Vanz,Yolanda,Taswell,Arezona,Derik,Junaid in x2 days time i chatted with all these agents and every time i got past to some one with a simple speed issue
