We app**** for you to be our ISP, trouble started long before we have any type of internet service. Got double billed , debit processes and still waiting for someone to assist with connecting our line. Chatting to Willie the bot for the last HOUR.

Webafrica does not have a telephone number, you sit and chat to a bot for hours until they direct you to someone.

I cant give any detail on how they are as an ISP, as i am still to use the service. The credit/ finance department works well as they take their in duplicate, i hope to credit note will be this fast.
