Web Africa, no solution , continue to pay R950 for top speed . No technical support on site. Not value for money at all.
Response in writing, from Web Africa which was mere rhetoric. Slow speed continues . This will impact on our ability to work from home. Changing service providers requires a hefty penalty , so stuck with them. They continue to refuse onsite technical support .

We can appreciate how disruptive ongoing slow speeds can be when you rely on your connection to work from home. Having the issue continue despite previous engagement is understandably concerning, particularly when it affects your ability to work effectively and you feel limited in the options available to you.

This is not the experience we want you to have, and we’re here to help investigate what is affecting the performance of your connection. To help us narrow this down, please confirm:
- Whether the slow speeds occur throughout the day or mainly during specific times.
- The speed test results when only one device is connected to the router over WiFi.
- The speed test results when testing with a device connected directly to the router via an Ethernet cable.
- Whether you have any WiFi extenders or additional networking equipment connected at the premises.
Please share the results with us via a direct message on Hello Peter so we can review them and determine the appropriate next steps.
Warm regards,
