Web Africa no service no support.

very disappointed and frustrated with Web Africa. Impossible to contact these people. Since my fibre was ordered and installed a month ago ..they have deducted 2 amounts totalling around R1 800 but i have had absolutely no usage. Line speeds apparently out of spec .. impossible to speak to their support ..no response by phone ..email or fb messenger. What is the point of having a service provider if they do not offer the customers service and support????? Shocking. I am starting to think this is tantamount to ******ion.
