Web africa is the worst ISP around. 0 service delivery or customer satisfaction. In a world where most people are working from home this company doesn't do anything to assist you with issues. Never ever had issues with Mweb. Cannot cancel cannot get tech help. Whatsapp says response in 5 mins yoh wait hours. I've lost 3 days of work salary with no resolve as yet. I've been on today making calls and whatsapp with no one assisting me since 7.30am and it's almost 7.30pm... ridiculous POOR SERVICE. VUMA PLEASE REMOVE THIS ISP FROM LISTINGS.
