Web africa no customer service at all
I logged an incident on the whatsap line of web africa at 6:55 still nobody assisted me up until now. This afternoon tgy came out to fix my neighbors line as she had an issue when thy left i was disconnected. I still am. I work from home its affecting my livelihood.

The fault has been assigned to the Testing Centre where technicians will look into the cause of the issue, once they have established the cause and if they cannot resolve it from there, provide feedback. Please note that fault investigations are done as fast as possible to get the issue resolved, but this process might take up to 72 hours depending on the cause or severity of the issue at hand. Our faults management team will monitor and update you on any updates necessary. If you are still experiencing the same issue within three days, please let us know so that we can escalate the query.
