WEB AFRICA - No Connection, a WHOLE month after placing an order.

Normally you get the 'sh*ty' service after you are signed up and connected turns out with Web Africa you get it right away...I place an order for a fibre connection a month ago and i'm yet to be connected. I've had 2 orders be cancelled, because Web Africa claims that the area isn't serviced by installer, the but other tenants in the same building I live in are with Web Africa? I keep being pasted from agent to agent and told a different story every time. Clearly their agents aren't trained well enough - they don't know their product. I keep being promised calls from Managers, which weeks later are yet to happen.
