We have been struggling with internet being of but there is just no way to contact them about an issue, their chat system and WhatsApp is not working. How do you get your internet sorted like this, you need to make a payment as well but they have changed their payment system now you can't get hold of them to sort that out.

They must rather phone me so I can just cancel. Ridiculous service
