Web africa no cancellations feedback or contact

I want to cancel my service, web africa has no contact number, no way of getting to anyone, when you call sales they say they will get cancellations to contact you iv bee sitting on the whatsapp bot thing for the whole day, so im just gonna stop my debit order thats a good way to cancell.
