Web Africa Networks (Pty) Ltd Has got horrible customer service, internet is not restored in 4 days!

Horrible customer service, they have a sales line for you to purchase their products and services, but conveniently do not have a technical support line. I have been talking to their bot since last week Friday yet my internet is not restored. This is the worst fire service provider ever! give me back my money so that if you can not provide the services I paid for.
