Web Africa, literally taking food out of your mouth.
Web Africa have billed me more than double the cost of my uncapped package. I had my Fibre CPE line installed and when choosing a package for fibre, I went with a provider that everyone warned me about. Web Africa. I chose the uncapped 20Mbps package that covers the cost of the CPE installation and router. The connection came online immediately and I was able to begin using my package immediately. The router should have been delivered within 3 days. It did not arrive, so I called WA and they said that the order did not complete correctly. They said they resolved the issue and the router was going to be dispatched. A few days later I had to call them again. AGAIN the order was messed up and they said that the router was not dispatched. There seems to have been some sort confusion with my older package, that I was still happily paying for. They again said they had sorted everything out after an hour on the phone with them. I then received my first bill, which was perfect. Now, month two, they deduct R1900 rand which is more than double the price of the package I have with them. I defended this company when multiple people told me to go with someone else. I should have listened. So, let this serve as a warning from me to you now. Be warned, sub par service results in sub par billing. Shame on you Web Africa. Resolve this issue immediately.
