Web Africa limiting of shared SMTP servers
Hi,<br> <br> The problem still persists we have to route mail manually every couple of hours to bypass the Web Africa rate limiting...<br> <br> But I'm sure Web Africa's clients don't mind waiting 3 hours longer for email than they should... Just so you know Afrihost sorted the issue in about an hour.<br> <br> Please sort this issue out we are still getting rate limited...<br> <br>

So sorry to hear this issue is still persisting and it's not fair that you should route mails manually every couple of hours.
As the ticket logs, our guys were in touch with you frequently via the ticket system and they were waiting for your feedback, so they can further investigate this matter. I've escalated this issue to our Network Operations team to investigate this issue further and they'll be touch to make sure this matter is resolved.
