Web Africa Is Worst Internet Provider Ever!

Appalling service from Web Africa! I will never deal with a company like this ever again.

We had one month of non-payment due to the card being expired. Once I realized that the payment didn't go through, I made payment immediately.

My connection didn't come back on, and I spend two weeks trying to get hold of someone at this terrible company. Their Whatsapp bot is of no help whatsoever! Today, I FINALLY managed to speak to someone who tells me that they cancelled my services completely due to non-payment! Not even a suspension, and then reactivate once payment is made, just a complete cancellation!
