WEB AFRICA IS USELESS

ABSOLUTELY DISGUCTING SERVICE!!!! I have been on the line since this morning trying to cancel my fibre line!!! They recommend you use the whatsapp line however I have been sitting since 9 o clock this morning with NO RESPONSE, they just say they are having trouble connecting to an agent! for 5 HOURS!!! The normal line also says we seem to be busy! For heavens sake!! You go on the portal they say to cancel you need to use the whatsapp line, when you phone they say use the whatsapp line! CLEARLY this portal is NOT WORKING FOR YOU WEBAFRICA!!! i have been with you for over 6 years and THIS is your service!! absolutely disgusted!!
