Web africa is useless

Have logged calls and must say they always send you the same test to be done. I do t use apc or laptop so i cant do these test. So they wont help. They never are aware of the network issues with sadv and still want you to do these test. I wish i can just move service provider and never have to deal with this useless company. I warn everybody out there not to use them. Will be moving my 10mb line away as soon as i can.
