Web Africa is unreachable

I've recently become a client of Web Africa and in short their service is pathetic. One can't get through to their call centre and they only reply to email 12-24 hours later. To make matters worse their email responses and vague and sometimes downright insulting. They have yet to address a single query of mine and instead send generic responses.<br> <br> I'm currently trying to convert my standard Web Hosting to a VPS and besides a phone call on Monday and an email confirming they would convert they have not told me another single thing. It boggles the mind considering this represents extra business for them but yet they prefer to leave me in the dark about this issue. I am, as everybody is when it comes to such a thing, under a time constraint and this level of service is undermining my ability to reach the market appropriately.<br> <br> Due to all the above I will be left with no choice but to move over to a competitor should they not rectify these issues immediately.<br> <br> I would warn anybody looking to make use of Web Africa that they are clearly a highly unprfessional institution. One wonders how they qualify taking peoples money and doing almost nothing in return for it.
