Web africa is the worst service provider ever run away

Web Africa has been debiting payments twice in my account from since June 2022 and in August 2022 they debited 3 times in my account, every time I query this they say they can only see one payment in my account even after providing Bank statements they still insist that there's only one payment. Agents are not even whiling to assist any further. Ever since I signed up with web Africa it has been one problem after another. Worse service provider ever.
