Web Africa is the worst ISP fibre provider

Web Africa is the worst ISP fibre provider I have ever seen, They installed fibre network in my house but, their internet is always off for 10 days now, yet they keep on billing me for what am not using, and they show on their website that my internet connection as active.

How come these people can't monitor clients who are active and who are not? This is ridiculous and unacceptable. In fact, it's a daytime *******.

Customer care consultation is only done by robots on WhatsApp, which is helpless!
