Web Africa Is the worst isp ever!

After 3 weeks and me doing all the following up with zero answers in their whatsapp line and online web chat. I am told that after 3 weeks my fibre installation with frogfoot hasn’t even be done. Now I want to cancel to get away from this useless isp but no one answers the chats or emails or bad reviews. Avoid these guys if you actually want fibre !!!

And now they want me to pay for a delivery fee for a box that was never used 🤦♀️ Never have I experienced such awful service and audacity!!
