Hi Nonhlanhla, we understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially after applying for the service, being advised it is active, and still not being able to use it. It’s also completely understandable that having to rely on mobile data while waiting for resolution has added unexpected cost and inconvenience.
To help us investigate this properly and get this sorted for you as quickly as possible, please send us a direct message with your customer details, including your ID number, email address, and cell number. This will allow us to verify your account and locate your application without delay.
Once we have your details, we’ll be able to pick this up immediately and work on getting clarity and a resolution for you.

Hi,

We have not yet received the promised call. If this matter is not resolved by the end of today, we kindly request a refund and that someone arrange to collect the device.
This will allow us to apply to another company that can provide the necessary assistance

Hi,

We were contacted by an agent, similar to previous calls we have received; however, they were unable to assist us with our request.
As previously communicated, we had requested for a technician to visit our premises, but this has not yet been arranged.
It has now been 16 days, and we are still awaiting assistance. We would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and a confirmed date for the technician’s visit.

Hello Nonhlanhlai,

We understand how frustrating it must be to still be waiting after 16 days, especially after previously requesting a technician visit and not yet receiving the support needed. The lack of clear timelines and repeated follow-ups can understandably be very concerning.

After reviewing the account, it can be confirmed that a line fault has been logged under reference WA*** with Openserve for further investigation. The team responsible for fault follow-ups is actively engaging with Openserve on this matter and will continue to track progress closely.

The urgency of your case has been clearly highlighted to ensure it receives the necessary attention, and updates will be provided as soon as there is movement on the fault.

If you need any further assistance in the meantime, you are welcome to reach out via Hello Peter and the team will be happy to assist.

Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew

Hi,

it is now the 1th day without internet connection and we have spent R1,400 on data alone which we have paid R700 on the 31st of March.
I have requested that a technician be sent to collect the router and we get a refund in order for us to apply with with another internet provider.

when will we be assisted because I have received all kind of apologies which does not mean much to me without being assisted.

Hi,

A technician did come and sorted the line that was a problem. You can stop the cancellation though it took Webafrica 19 days to resolve the issue and we are out of pocket with 1,4K that we used for the data for those days.
