Web africa is the worse isp provider !!!!!!!!!!!!

"I cannot find a word to describe the service provided by this company; it is simply terrible. Communication with them is extremely poor, and I have never had an active service with them due to a lack of communication. Even after returning their router, they have continued to debit my account. I am feeling very frustrated and tired of this situation. I followed their policy, but they still debited my account."
