Web Africa is the biggest disappointment

Honestly 1 star is too much. I have signed up for a month to month sim only subscription with Web Africa. Bare in mind it was a sim only subscription. Fast forward its the end of April and I request for a cancellation, the Whatsapp agents advise that I can only cancel at the end of June due to their process so I agree. They debit me R2648.00. My sim only subscription was R549.00. I go onto the Web Africa Customer Zone to view my invoice and I see that I was billed for a Premium LTE Router. I did not take a router nor did I use any of their devices. I used my personal router which was purchased years ago. This Premium LTE Router which was billed for was R1999.00. I am so frustrated. Their service is pathetic. I constantly need to follow up because they incorrectly debited me. I will not recommend them to anyone. Customer service and service delivery sucks. Save your money and the stress.
