Web Africa is pathetic.

Web Africa is the worst I've been struggling since day one with my router. 3 weeks numerous WhatsApp "only way to communicate" three different reference numbers after which it was concluded that it is my router I was basically told to suck it up and figure it out. No call back. I'm an IT technician so I know the basics of how to sort out problem routers. I want a new router YOU SUPP**** ME WITH A FAULTY DEVICE. Your customer service is pathetic.
