Web Africa is hopeless

Web Africa is hopeless, our internet has been down 5 times in 2 weeks and we can't get hold of a human to help us as usual. I tried to cancel our service on their website and it tells me to use whatsapp support. I've been trying to get hold of someone on their whatsapp support since yesterday and they are just not getting back to me. You have to look at your phone all day because if you miss the message they send when they finally get back to you they end the chat. The internet mysteriously started working again this morning and then stopped again. I'm fed up and just want to move to another ISP but I can't get hold of them to cancel.
