Web Africa is Harassing me

I keep getting emails from legal department stating that I owe web Africa R999 for not returning my router but they emailed me to make arrangements to collect their router after my service was canceled due to not having any service or internet access. Now they harassing me emailing me and calling me everyday for their money yet they never credited me for a month of no service and debited R1300 from my account for the monthly fee
