Web africa is absolutely useless

Web africa is a very bad ISP, last month I had several connection issues for over 3 weeks, they then replaced my router and sorted out the issue. Now I am unable to make payment on their system, i have tried 4 different cards yet they tell me it's my bank and are unable to help me fix the issue, every time I report the issue they say some one from billing will call or their critical team is busy with the issue, yet Noone calls or fixes the issue. I highly recommend if you are looking for a Fibre connection, stay far far away from webafrica, they have the worst customer service out there
