Web Africa is a waste of time and Money!!! They should cease to Exist!

We have been experiencing no internet connections since 20 December 2023, and to date nothing has been done to resolve the issue. We have tried calling Web Africa to no avail. You can only communicate via WhatsApp, then too, the agents take forever to respond with no real help. They are forever escalating the issue but nothing is being resolved. Why is this service provider still in operation????? They are useless and have no regard for their customers!!!!! I am appalled by their horrible service.
