People, please stay away from these bunch of *******. They debited my account which had more than enough money in it. For whatever reason the debit order bounced and they now want me to pay a reconnection fee of over R500!! And they have a cheek to tell me to wait 3 days for my service to be reconnected!! This is an error on their side so why must I be liable. What a ****! If you thinking of going with them, please just don't. I am so angry, they do not even have a human voice you can speak to. Nothing, absolutely nothing, works in this country!!!!
