Web Africa is a ****

I am so so annoyed at this point...i paid web Africa to install Fibre on the 22nd of December... Since that day I have received no communication and I keep calling and chatting with them and they always escalate the matter... It is now more than a month later.. I have accepted that I've been ****med by those ****ers and now my biggest problem is that I need to cancel their order on order to sign up with another ISP...I'm struggling to even get that done with the *********** service they provide...what other way can I use to resolve this matter?
