Web Africa Is A ****!

So we ordered and paid for our Fibre 3 weeks ago, the router was delivered to our house, but still no one has been to connect it. They asked for our proof of residence which we sent to them and they just don't get back to us.

It's really bad service I don't even think I want this internet from them anymore so I think it's best you guys come fetch your router and refund our money because everyday that I've had to work from home I have to buy data from vodacom which has cost me alot.
