Web Africa is a *******!!!

Please do not sign up with Web Africa for LTE or other services, I have been with them for 5 months and have been throttled from under 1mbps for everyday of the month without ever going anywhere near my threshold. After months of reporting they constantly tell me they can't do much as the line and service belongs to Telkom. I have been trying to cancel the service for the past 3 weeks with no help also. I have tried stopping the debit order and the way they debit your account, it doesn't come up as debit order but as credit card swipes. I have made endless calls to them, the bank, a privatw technician that is contracted to Telkom and it all points to Webafrica *********** people. For the same price u can get a Telkom LTE with higher speeds and threshold. Webafrica is a ripoff.
