Web Africa is a **** of a company I've been using their services for over a year now and in the past 3 months their service is very very very poor

I'm someone who works from home and need good network coverage but none of that is happening

Firstly my monthly fee was increased to R849 without any communication none what so ever

You can't get hold of them anywhere except for WhatsApp which they reply after hours

I can't connect my phone and laptop to WiFi at the same time because their signal is very very very bad

I need my services with them terminated with immediate effect
