Web africa is a mafia isp

I subscribed to web africa in December 2023 and I realized that the speed is too low which was 25/25 immediately I upgraded to 50/50 that I was using in the previous internet service provider(isp) which is still slow the one for web africa. I contacted them several times and always promised to come back to me but never. I decided to cancel their services to the one that are going to deliver. Now they don't want to release my immigration to another isp. I advise to everyone to run far away from this web africa because you are going to be frustrated as I am. Secondly, I understand why they don't have a call center that takes calls for the complaints, they only have a call center for sales only, which means they are running away from something. I don't think they are trusted.
