Web Africa is a ********** Internet Service Provider!!

I have tried on multiple occasions to cancel my Fibre contract with Web Africa and they refuse to cancel my contract, however even though I no longer have access to their services they still continue to debit my account every month for a service that I no longer have. Every time I tell them to cancel my fibre contract, they keep pushing the cancellation date forward by two months forcing me to continue paying for a service that I do not have.
