Web Africa is ****

I have been trying to get reconnected for a month now since I was canceled without my knowledge. I was told to pay to her reconnected and payment was processed but they keep telling me I have to wait 5 to 7 days to get reconnected. However since November nothing has been done. This morning I once again reached to them and I was told that reconnection wasn't logged... Imagine... I have had no interest for an entire month and I have to work from home. Their WhatsApp chats are useless because I get transferred to different people and each person tells me something different. I am really no happy with web Africa service at this point.
