Web Africa *****ing

I have recently changed bank accounts from FNB to Capitec and forgot to enter my reference on my Capitec account when I was doing the EFT payment of R360 to Web Africa. I immediately notified them and sent through the POP, I was told my payment will be allocated to my account. On the 1st my Capitec bank account was debited but was returned, now I am liable for the bank fees and according to them I am in arrears after I have sent them my POP. My monthly installments are R340 I pay R360 per month but don't see a credit on my statements. I will take this to the Ombudsman if it's not sorted today.
