DO NOT USE WEB AFRICA!!!! I made the terrible mistake of signing up with this service to only found that BEFORE I even used the internet, I'm charged R4298.61!!

Installation Fee = R1725.00 Fibre Uncapped (charged upfront and not used due to no router received) = R355.61 Router = R999.00 Delivery Fee = R209.00 Connection Fee = R1010.00

YOU DO NOT SAVE USING THIS SERVICE!!!! They do not respond to emails. When I tried to cancel the service due to their incredibly high installation and connection fees and alerted them (in January) I STILL did not receive a router - they told me they cannot cancel installation.

Web Africa can only cancel the router fees - Router = R1208 but I'm still required to pay the rest - even the upfront payment of uncapped Fibre of R355.61 which was never used, because I never received the router.

Not sure my options, but I refuse to pay for services I never used and never received.
